As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Site Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all site personnel follow health and safety regulations, and that the site is maintained in a safe and clean condition.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that work is being carried out to the required standards.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with site personnel, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that all parties are informed and up-to-date on project progress.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a construction-related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Outdoors, noisy, at heights, dusty.
  • Work Setting: Construction, commercial, residential, general office, various locations.
