Sales Supervisor Job Description at Maple Honda
**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at Maple Honda. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales staff and overseeing the sales process from start to finish.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Supervise and manage a team of sales staff to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance
* Assign sales staff to duties and tasks to maximize sales potential
* Authorize payments by cheque and oversee financial transactions
* Order merchandise and manage inventory levels
* Establish work schedules and oversee payroll administration
* Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to sales staff
* Supervise office and volunteer staff
**Supervision**
You will be responsible for supervising a team of 5-10 people and providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.

**Work Environment**

**Requirements**
* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
* 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in sales or a related field
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
