  1. Implement Productivity-Driven Initiatives: Develop and execute projects to reduce waste, improve line performance, and increase efficiency.
  2. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with engineers, business unit leaders, and supply chain teams to enhance equipment reliability and streamline processes.
  3. Apply Advanced Analytical Tools: Utilize Six Sigma, TPM, FMEA, and advanced statistical tools to identify areas for improvement and track results.
  4. Lead Scrums and Manage Features: Support agile teams by fulfilling scrum master roles and owning productivity features and stories.
  5. Maintain Productivity Administration: Oversee the maintenance of projects within the Global Powersteering software and ensure the accuracy of the 3YR productivity pipeline.
  6. Own EH&S Program Enhancements: Drive process improvements within Environmental Health & Safety programs as a program owner.

Requirements

  • Engineering or Technical Education: A degree in engineering or a related field is mandatory.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong organizational and presentation skills are crucial for success in this role.
  • Interpersonal and Influence Skills: Ability to effectively interact with internal stakeholders, including shop floor employees, business unit leaders, and corporate engineers.
