HR Business Process Analyst with SAP Expertise

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Process Analyst with a strong background in SAP SuccessFactors. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of combined experience in SAP configuration lead roles, with a focus on SuccessFactors Learning Management modules. They should also possess demonstrable experience in configuring, managing, and optimizing SAP SuccessFactors, as well as a working knowledge of HR business processes.
The selected candidate will be responsible for championing a customer-focused culture, deepening client relationships, and leveraging broader Bank relationships. They will work closely with stakeholders to analyze business requirements, design solutions, and implement technology enhancements that meet the needs of the organization.
The role requires a proven track record of success in similar roles, excellent communication and analytical skills, and the ability to build consensus and obtain cooperation from users and senior management.
Key Qualifications:
- 8+ years combined SAP SuccessFactors configuration lead experience.
- 3-5 years SuccessFactors Learning Management module experience.
- Demonstratable experience in configuring, managing, and optimizing SAP SuccessFactors.
