Key Responsibilities:
• Support the Transition Manager with administrative tasks and ensure seamless coordination of transition activities.
• Monitor and track progress, ensuring milestones are met, and facilitate communication between departments for efficient account setup.
• Prepare and complete necessary paperwork for account openings and other transition requirements.

Requirements:
• A minimum of 4-7 years of experience in a financial services or wealth management role.
• Strong understanding of core aspects of wealth management and investment account types.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Full-time, in-person availability.
