Agilus Work Solutions is seeking a seasoned Lead Electrical Engineer to lead our team in the Engineering Sector based in Sarnia, Ontario.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to join our dynamic team as we continue to grow and expand our services. As a Lead Electrical Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting a team of engineers, assigning work, providing leadership and guidance, and assisting in overcoming technical issues.
A typical day:- Support the development of a team of Electrical Engineers by assigning work, providing leadership/guidance, and mentoring the team to overcome technical issues.
- Develop the process scope of work and engineering hour estimates for proposals.
- Complete conceptual and detailed engineering designs in compliance with the project execution plan and regulatory guidelines.
- Interface with project team members and clients, ensuring timely receipt and delivery of information.
- Define, plan, and steward engineering scope of work and monitor schedule, costs, quality (key drawings, design concepts, calculations, checking, etc.).
- In this role, you will require 10+ years of progressive engineering experience, including 5+ years of leadership experience.
- You should have a strong background in EPCM/industrial plant environments.
- A background in the chemical industry is considered an asset.
- Additionally, you must be able to commute to office/site locations.
- Full-time, permanent opportunity.
- $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
