Food Service Team Lead

Alberta Ltd. o/a Tim Hortons is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service establishment.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including food preparation and portioning.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation.
- Hire and manage food service staff.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Prepare budgets and cost estimates.
- Address customer complaints and concerns.
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Prepare and submit reports.
- 1-2 years of experience in a food service establishment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks.
