At BQ INTERNATIONAL LTD., we are seeking a highly skilled Windows End-Point Deployment Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and administering our SCCM/MECM environment, creating and maintaining standardized Windows images, and providing expert-level support for our desktop engineering team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and administer SCCM/MECM environment
- Create and maintain standardized Windows images
- Provide expert-level support for desktop engineering team
- Manage Microsoft Updates with SCCM
- Design, configure, and manage Active Directory Group Policy
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
Requirements:
- Proven competency in Computer Support (Tier 2)
- Proven competency in CompTIA A+
- Strong knowledge of network troubleshooting Ethernet and IP configuration
- Experience with Lenovo Desktops & Notebooks
- Experience with Panasonic Ruggedized Toughbooks for field workers
Preferred Qualifications:
- North American job experience
- Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills
Work Environment:
The successful candidate will be required to work and be located on site at SaskEnergy Head Office in Regina, Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm. Occasional travel to support offices across the province may be required. On-Call may be required as determined and agreed to by SaskEnergy and the successful candidate.
Contract Duration:
The Contract will be effective for an initial term commencing on award date and ending on March 31, 2025. After which, SaskEnergy will evaluate its ongoing requirements and may have the option to renew the Contract for successive one (1) year terms, a maximum of four (4) times.
