Job Summary

PCL Constructors Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Technology Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our district staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide tier 1 (phone) and 2 (in-person) support to district staff, including setting up new users, printers, and workstations.
  • Equipment Management: Assist with equipment asset and licensing management, including tracking, escalating, and following up on IT-related issues.
  • Infrastructure Support: Participate in upgrades and rollouts, and assist with moving hardware equipment between sites.
Requirements
  • Technical Knowledge: Proficient knowledge of computing hardware, including Microsoft Office basic hardware support.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with an appreciation for detail and accuracy.
  • Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 45-50 lbs, including moving monitors and other equipment.
