About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Reliance Home Comfort. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans, managing and motivating a sales team, and fostering strong client relationships to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and execute initiatives to stimulate organic lead generation, while devising growth strategies for expansion into new markets.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify business opportunities and potential risks.
- Lead and manage a sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve individual and team targets.
- Develop and manage sales budgets, monitoring expenses, and ensuring cost-effectiveness in all sales activities.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and other relevant metrics to the company management team.
- Partner with Service Operations and Installation Teams to maximize lead opportunities for the service technicians and installers.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and responsiveness.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to make informed decisions and adjustments to the sales strategy.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to efficiently identify, recruit, and hire qualified candidates.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent working experience.
- Demonstrated success as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role, showcasing a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- 5-10 years of sales leadership experience in business-to-consumer sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation and training skills.
- Possess innovative market development skills.
- Confidence in leading and guiding a diverse team.
- Strong project management skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability, with a high capacity to work in and lead an evolving organization.
