About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Intern to join our Consumer Beauty & Prestige team. As an E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Intern, you will play a key role in supporting our digital media and e-commerce projects, with a focus on delivering best-in-class content and online consumer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Management
    • Coordinate with our creative studio to produce high-quality content for digital campaigns, e-commerce activations, and newsletters.
    • Lead the creation of e-commerce assets and organize content in our Product Information Management (PIM) system to ensure assets are readily available across the organization.
    • Work across teams to ensure new launch assets are ready on time and meet brand and industry best-in-class standards.
    • Implement content on e-retailers' platforms.
    • Monitor our brands' presence on all digital platforms to ensure our e-commerce portfolio is spotless and optimized on respective e-retailer platforms.
  • Digital Marketing Strategies and Executions
    • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive business growth and engagement.
    • Work across teams to ensure digital campaign assets are ready on time, meet brand and industry best-in-class standards, and align with our go-to-market strategy.
  • Analysis and Competitive Review
    • Conduct analysis and competitive reviews to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices in the digital marketing space.
    • Provide insights and recommendations to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Other Responsibilities
    • Participate in bi-weekly agency meetings, monthly digital media results, and weekly team meetings.
    • Assist with other meeting and report preparation as needed.

Requirements

  • Strong Attention to Detail and Analytical Skills
    • Demonstrate a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Technical Skills
    • Comfortable with Excel and familiar with Product Information Management (PIM) systems and digital marketing tools (e.g., Meta, Pinterest, TikTok).
  • Language Skills
    • Bilingual in French and English (preferred).
  • Passion for the Beauty Industry
