About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Intern to join our Consumer Beauty & Prestige team. As an E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Intern, you will play a key role in supporting the development and execution of digital marketing strategies and e-commerce initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Management
    • Coordinate with our creative studio to produce high-quality content for digital campaigns, e-commerce activations, and newsletters.
    • Lead the creation and organization of e-commerce assets in PIM (Salsify) to ensure seamless availability across the organization.
    • Work across teams to ensure new launch assets are ready on time and meet brand and industry best-in-class standards.
    • Implement content on e-retailers' platforms.
    • Monitor brands' presence on all digital platforms to ensure a spotless and optimized e-commerce portfolio.
  • Digital Marketing Strategies and Executions
    • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies and campaigns.
    • Work across teams to ensure digital campaign assets are ready on time and meet brand and industry best-in-class standards.
    • Participate in bi-weekly agency meetings, monthly digital media results, and weekly team meetings.
  • Analysis and Competitive Review
    • Conduct analysis and competitive reviews to identify trends and opportunities.
    • Determine future best practices and opportunities.
    • Prepare competitive reports on digital media and e-commerce.
  • Other Responsibilities
    • Assist with other meeting and report preparations.

Requirements

  • Strong Attention to Detail and Analytical Skills
    • Demonstrate a data-driven approach.
  • Technical Skills
    • Comfortable with Excel.
    • Knowledge of Salsify and Ad managers (Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, etc.) is an advantage.
  • Soft Skills
    • Ability to work effectively within short timelines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Bilingual in French and English is preferred.
    • Passion for the Beauty Industry.
