About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and physically fit Labourer to join our team at Artistic Landscaping Ltd. as a key member of our grounds maintenance team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with landscape constructions, including the installation of plants, trees, and other features.
  • Perform weeding, pruning, and trimming tasks to maintain the appearance of our landscapes.
  • Cut and maintain grass and other vegetation to ensure a neat and tidy appearance.
  • Operate and maintain a range of equipment, including lawn mowers, trimmers, and other machinery.
  • Apply fertilizers and other treatments to promote healthy plant growth.
  • Repair and maintain equipment to ensure it remains in good working order.
  • Water and tend to plants, lawns, and gardens to ensure they receive the necessary care.
Work Environment

As a Labourer with Artistic Landscaping Ltd., you will work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions, including hot and dusty environments. You will be required to lift heavy loads and work at heights, so a good level of physical fitness is essential.

Requirements
  • Steel-toed safety boots are a must for this role.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively with colleagues.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
