We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Rikas Grocers Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:- Authorize Return of Merchandise: Ensure that customers are satisfied with their purchases and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Prepare Sales Reports: Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Supervise Cashiers: Lead and motivate a team of cashiers to provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Manage Inventory: Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of merchandise to ensure that stock levels are maintained and that products are easily accessible to customers.
- Perform Opening and Closing Activities: Ensure that the store is prepared for opening and closing, including tasks such as counting cash, reconciling sales, and securing the premises.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
The Retail Store Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of customer interaction. The ideal candidate will be able to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

- Team Player: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
