Communications Manager

The Communications Manager role at PepsiCo is designed to elevate and strengthen how the company communicates, engages, and drives awareness of business priorities to its frontline employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop compelling content strategies across internal channels that meet the unique needs of PepsiCo's frontline audience.
- Implement content strategies across PepsiCo Comms-led field channels, working closely with peers on Internal and External comms teams to successfully execute.
- Partner with Field Sales and Supply Chain to develop content strategies that meet the unique needs of PepsiCo's frontline audience.
- Drive the frontline EVP (employee value proposition) externally, across owned social channels, as well as internally.
- Lead monitoring, measurement, and insights for PepsiCo comms-managed field channels, delivering succinct and insight-driven reports to teammates and senior executives.
Requirements
- University degree in Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field and/or a diploma in Corporate Communications.
- Outstanding writing, proofreading, and strategic communication planning skills.
- Demonstrated experience in project management and special events.
- High level of computer proficiency (MS Office, web-based applications).
