Job Title: Finance Manager

At Sigma Communications INC, we are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the organization's financial operations and budget activities to optimize financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure efficient financial management.
  • Review budgets and financial reports for specific projects to identify areas for improvement.
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Advise senior management on financial matters and provide recommendations for financial planning and budgeting.
  • Collect and analyze financial records, including financial statements, budgets, and sales data, to inform business decisions.
  • Prepare financial reports, invoices, and other documents as required.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as accounting or finance.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
  • Knowledge of accounting software and financial planning tools.
