Senior Mineral Processing Leader

The Work. Agency is seeking a seasoned professional to lead the development of their Canadian team as the first Canadian hire. This position will establish the business as a leading authority on fine mineral separation and processing across a range of base and precious metals.
As the Country Manager, you will provide leadership as a global subject matter expert on physical separation and drive the sales of both equipment and engineering services. You will form an integral part of the business development team, working closely with both the metallurgical services and project engineering teams.

THE PERSONTo succeed in this role, you must have 10+ years of experience in mineral processing, ideally with some experience in both project and business development. You will be a strong leader with a growth mindset, capable of forming part of a growing global team.
You will have a strong network with the eastern Canadian mining market, specifically iron ore processing. Your ability to build a clear picture of how the business can help new and existing clients make their processing operations more efficient and effective will be key to success.
