Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Automotive Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, identifying their needs, and providing personalized assistance to ensure a seamless sales experience.
Key Responsibilities- Assess customer needs and provide personalized assistance
- Guide customers through the sales process, from initial contact to vehicle delivery
- Conduct test drives and negotiate terms for a seamless closing process
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets
- Educate customers on financing options, warranties, and additional products
- Complete accurate and timely paperwork, collaborating with the finance department
- Utilize various channels to generate leads
- Conduct daily inventory walk-arounds
- Prioritize customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and resolving issues
- Collaborate with colleagues for a cohesive work environment
- Previous experience in automotive sales is preferred but not required
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Strong communication skills
- Basic understanding of automotive financing options
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Valid OMVIC Automotive License

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00-$156,000.00 per year
