Job Title: Grocery Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Grocery Clerk to join our team at SABZI MANDI. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and ensuring accurate inventory management.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, resolving issues, and making product recommendations.
  • Restock shelves, maintain inventory levels, and ensure accurate pricing and labeling.
  • Process transactions, handle customer payments, and maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
  • Participate in visual merchandising, including creating attractive displays and maintaining store appearance.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, promote products, and drive business results.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience in retail or customer service an asset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, lift up to 25 kg, and stand for extended periods.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Availability to work 35-40 hours per week.
