About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Grocery Clerk to join our team at SABZI MANDI. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and ensuring that our shelves are fully stocked and visually appealing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, resolving issues, and making recommendations to customers.
  • Restock shelves, face merchandise, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store atmosphere.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging shopping experience.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience in retail or customer service is an asset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
