As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for preparing dough for a variety of baked goods, including pies, bread, rolls, and sweet treats. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods according to recipes or special customer orders
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies
  • Bake mixed dough and batters
  • Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards
  • Inspect kitchen and food service areas
  • Operate machinery
  • Organize and maintain inventory

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a bakery or related field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
