We're seeking a highly skilled CCM Technical Lead (SmartComm) to join our team. This is a fully remote role, and you can be based anywhere in Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of project requirements and create technical specifications documents (TSD)
  • Code changes according to current architecture, utilizing MS Word for template design and coding
  • Conduct unit testing to ensure high-quality deliverables
  • Participate in project reviews and contribute to the development of project plans and estimates
  • Ensure timely project delivery and collaborate with the team to meet project timelines
  • Contribute to project discussions and suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

Essential Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience working with SmartCom tools, focusing on template design and configuration
  • 5+ years of experience with XML and schema
