Job Title: CCM Technical Lead

NTT DATA Services is seeking a highly skilled CCM Technical Lead to join our team. As a CCM Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of CCM solutions using SmartComm.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and maintain CCM solutions using SmartComm, ensuring high-quality and efficient results.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements and develop technical solutions.
  3. Design and implement CCM templates using MS Word, ensuring compliance with current architecture.
  4. Unit test CCM changes to ensure quality and accuracy.
  5. Participate in project reviews and provide technical guidance to team members.
  6. Assist in project planning and estimation, ensuring timely completion of projects.
  7. Contribute to process improvements and suggest innovative solutions to enhance CCM capabilities.
Basic Qualifications:
  1. 5+ years of experience working on SmartCom tool: template designing & configuration.
  2. 5+ years of experience with XML and schema.
