Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

At Freshii, we are seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Train and supervise food service staff, providing guidance on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation.
  • Recruit and hire food service staff, ensuring a skilled and dedicated team.
  • Monitor and maintain quality control standards, ensuring that food and service meet our high expectations.
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth.
  • Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys, ensuring timely and efficient service.
  • Establish and manage work schedules, ensuring adequate staffing and coverage.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service establishment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks.
Working Conditions:
