Key Responsibilities- Confirm Transportation and Accommodation Reservations: Ensure that all transportation and accommodation arrangements are in place for our clients.
- Collect Administration or Entrance Fees: Collect fees for administration or entrance to various sites and attractions.
- Coordinate Recreation Activities: Plan and coordinate recreation activities for our clients, including cultural events and excursions.
- Resolve Itinerary and Other Problems: Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the tour, including itinerary changes or other problems.
- Assist Clients with Check-in Procedures: Assist clients with check-in procedures for accommodation and/or transportation.
- Coordinate Activities with Local Tour Guides: Work with local tour guides or leaders of performance groups to coordinate activities and ensure a smooth experience for our clients.
- Provide Information on Tipping Customs and Other Details: Provide information on tipping customs, currency exchange rates, metric conversion, and other details to our clients.
- Sell Souvenirs: Sell souvenirs to our clients, promoting local culture and supporting local businesses.
- Assist Clients with Special Needs: Assist clients with special needs, including mobility or accessibility requirements.
- Work Under Pressure: Work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.
- Repetitive Tasks: Perform repetitive tasks, such as leading tours and providing information.
- Attention to Detail: Maintain attention to detail, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Standing for Extended Periods: Stand for extended periods, leading tours and providing information to clients.
- Walking: Walk for extended periods, leading tours and exploring destinations.
- Recruit Newcomers and Refugees: Recruit newcomers and/or refugees who were displaced by a conflict or a natural disaster.
- Support Foreign Credential Recognition: Support newcomers and/or refugees with foreign credential recognition, helping them to integrate into the local community.
- Work Term: Permanent: Work on a permanent basis, with a regular schedule and benefits.
