Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales performance of our fencing, perimeter security, and outdoor living products. You will spend most of your time in the field making face-to-face sales calls with existing and potential customers, building long-lasting business relationships, and identifying new opportunities for growth.
Sales Performance
• Lead sales activities to maximize sales growth, margin targets, market share, and overall company objectives
Customer Relationship
• Develop strong business relationships through face-to-face sales calls and relationship-building activities
Market Expansion
• Implement and execute sales growth strategies that align with the company's strategic plans
Qualifications
• Associate degree (two-year college or technical school) or work equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in sales
• Internet research skills
• Ability to use software to create presentations, word documents, and spreadsheets
• Successful track record of selling in the building materials industry and home center/hardware stores preferred
• Fence or building materials industry experience desired.
• Ability to travel overnight as needed
• Valid driver's license
