Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Building Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at 9379-3925 QUEBEC INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing maintenance activities, supervising staff, and ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Train and develop staff to improve their skills and knowledge
  • Estimate costs and materials for maintenance projects
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Recommend personnel actions and requisition materials and equipment as needed
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a maintenance or supervisory role
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; certificate or diploma in a related field an asset
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with varying work conditions, including outdoors, noisy, and at heights. The position requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Language

The primary language of work is French, and proficiency in English is an asset.Work Term

This is a temporary position with a variable schedule of 30-40 hours per week.
