Sales Leadership Coordinator

We are a dynamic organization looking for an experienced Sales Supervisor to lead our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and success.
Job SummaryThe Sales Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the sales team, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to achieve their goals. This includes assigning tasks, providing training, and coordinating activities to maximize sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, including design team members and office volunteers
- Assign sales workers to duties, taking into account their skills and experience
- Hire and train new staff, or arrange for external training as needed
- Order merchandise and establish work schedules to ensure efficient operations
- Prepare regular reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
- Resolve customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- No prior experience is required, but 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a sales or supervisory role is preferred
This is a permanent position, requiring 35-40 hours of work per week. The work language is English, and the location is not specified.
Salary RangeOur estimated salary range for this role is between $45,000 and $60,000 per year, based on industry standards and the level of responsibility involved.
