We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Supervisor to join our team at LUV MEDISPA & MASSAGE. As a key member of our spa operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Spa Activities: Oversee the daily operations of our spa, including scheduling, staff management, and quality control.
  • Client Support: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of spa professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high standards of service quality, ensuring that all spa services meet our exceptional standards.
  • Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit reports on spa performance, client feedback, and staff development.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a spa or customer service role.
  • Supervision: 3-4 people.
