About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Controller to join our team at KAB Contracting VSM Construction. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial and administrative functions of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management: Develop and implement financial plans and strategies to ensure the organization's financial stability and growth.
  • Administrative Oversight: Establish and maintain effective administrative controls, including budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.
  • Leadership and Development: Foster a culture of excellence and innovation, and provide guidance and support to senior staff members.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement strategic plans that align with the organization's mission and vision.
  • Communication and Representation: Represent the organization in negotiations and other official functions, and ensure effective communication with stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or finance.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and leadership abilities, and proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
