Director of Finance and Corporate Services

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Finance and Corporate Services to join our team at Ontario Municipal Social Services Association. As a key member of our Senior Leadership Team, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to our finance and corporate services functions.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement financial strategies and plans to support the organization's goals and objectives.
- Provide leadership and oversight to the finance and corporate services teams, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement funding strategies and partnerships.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including the Board of Directors, senior management, and external partners.
- Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and industry best practices to ensure compliance and excellence in finance and corporate services.
- Post-secondary degree in Business Management, Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Professional accounting designation (CPA) or equivalent.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in finance and administration, and corporate services management at a senior level.
- Proven track record of strategically developing and leading change initiatives.
- Recent and relevant experience in the public/not-for-profit sector.
- Target salary range of $101,663.73 to $130,189.79 per annum.
