We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at Sparx Wellness Institute.
Job SummaryThe Receptionist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, and staff members. This includes greeting and directing individuals, answering phone calls, and responding to inquiries.
Key Responsibilities- Greet patients and visitors, and direct them to the appropriate contact or service area.
- Provide basic information to clients and the public, and respond to inquiries.
- Obtain and process information required to provide customer service, and record and relay information as needed.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, and send invoices and receive payments.
- Perform clerical duties, such as filing and sorting and distributing mail, and answer telephone calls and relay messages.
- Calculate billing charges, and provide customer service.
- Computer and technology knowledge, including electronic medical records, word processing software, electronic mail, MS Outlook, and MS Windows.
- Ability to work independently, in a fast-paced environment, and under pressure.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, and the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
