Receptionist / Administrative Assistant

**ADMIRAL** Investigations is a reputable private security company providing top-notch investigative and security services.
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to support both our companies.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries for both companies in both French and English
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings
- Assist the administrative team with day-to-day tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management
- Manage uniform inventory, including ordering, organizing, and distributing uniforms to staff.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or in a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Experience in a security or investigations environment is a plus but not required.

**Description du poste**:
**Responsabilités principales**:
- Répondre aux appels téléphoniques, prendre des messages et répondre aux demandes de renseignements pour les deux entreprises en français et en anglais.
- Planifier et coordonner les rendez-vous et les réunions.
- Aider l'équipe administrative avec les tâches quotidiennes, y compris la saisie de données, le classement et la gestion des documents.
- Gérer l'inventaire des uniformes, y compris la commande, l'organisation et la distribution des uniformes au personnel.
- Maintenir une zone de réception propre et organisée.
- Gérer le courrier entrant et sortant ainsi que les livraisons.
- Aider avec des projets spéciaux et d'autres tâches assignées.
**Qualifications**:
- Diplôme d'études secondaires ou équivalent ; une formation ou une certification supplémentaire en administration de bureau est un plus.
- Expérience avérée en tant que réceptionniste, assistant administratif ou dans un rôle similaire.
- Excellentes compétences en communication verbale et écrite en français et en anglais.
- Solides compétences organisationnelles et capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches à la fois.
- Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe.
- Apparence et attitude professionnelles.
- Une expérience dans un environnement de sécurité ou d'enquêtes est un plus mais pas obligatoire.

Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
