Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service team, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are met.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the needs of our customers and team members.
- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and motivate our food service team to ensure that they are working together effectively to provide excellent customer service.
- Train Staff: Provide ongoing training and coaching to our team members to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.
- Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Plan and order ingredients and supplies to ensure that we have what we need to meet customer demand.
- Quality Control: Ensure that our food and service meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to ensure that we are operating efficiently and effectively.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
