Owen Sound, Canada 24-7 Consultancy Full time

The 24-7 Consultancy is seeking an experienced Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to join our medical imaging team. This role will involve performing a variety of diagnostic tests, including stress testing, echocardiography support, and other duties as required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform all diagnostic testing in the Cardiology department, including stress testing, Holter monitoring application and scanning, ECG's, Ambulatory BP application, and echocardiography support.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of cardiac testing procedures and protocols.

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.

Requirements
  • Certified in Cardiology or related field (CSCT)
  • Ability to perform all cardiac testing, including stress testing, ECG's, Holter scanning, Holter monitoring application, and ambulatory BP monitoring.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to function effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to respect and maintain confidentiality.
  • Certificate in Contrast Injection and IV insertion or eligible.
  • Ability to work all shifts, including weekends; ability for standby and multi-site coverage when required.
  • Recent satisfactory performance and attendance record.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Device follow-up and implant experience, including Pacemakers, Implantable Cardiac Defibrillators, Implantable Cardiac Loops, and External Cardiac Loops.
  • Registration in Echocardiography.

The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
