Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Radiation Technologist (MRT) to join our team at MyMenopauseRx, LLC.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform General Nuclear Medicine and Nuclear Cardiology imaging and non-imaging procedures as outlined in the procedure manual.
  • Adjust imaging parameters to ensure high-quality studies and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Provide instruction to patients before, during, and after examinations, assessing relevance based on patient clinical history.
Qualifications/Skills/Abilities:

Required qualifications include:

  • A 3-year community college or undergraduate degree.
  • Current registration with the College of Medical Radiation and Imaging Technologists of Ontario in Radiography (or eligible for registration).
  • Professional Liability Insurance.
  • Current registration with the Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologist (or eligible for registration).
  • Working knowledge of the Standards of Practice of the College of Medical Radiation and Imaging Technologists of Ontario and the Health Professionals Act.
  • Current PACS experience.
  • IV Certification course.
  • Advanced Computer Skills.
  • Proven interpersonal skills to successfully communicate with patients and staff.
