Job Summary

At Dephine Enterprises II Inc., we are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our food service team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food safety, staff management, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation
  • Train staff on job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols
  • Estimate ingredient and supply needs for meal preparation
  • Hire and manage food service staff
  • Ensure compliance with quality control standards
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage

Requirements

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in food service management
  • Food Safety Certificate

Work Environment

  • Permanent position
  • 35 to 40 hours per week
  • English language required
