We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Head Dispatcher to join our team at 24 HRS SSR AUTO TOWING INC.

Job Summary:

The Head Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, preparing and submitting reports, and resolving work problems. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work under pressure, and have a valid driver's license.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Train workers in duties and policies
  • Conduct performance reviews
  • Co-ordinate, assign and review work
  • Establish work schedules and procedures
  • Plan, organize and oversee operational logistics of the organization
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Valid driver's license
  • Driver's validity licence check
  • Driving record check (abstract)
Work Environment:

The Head Dispatcher will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of staff in various areas of responsibility. The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure, have excellent attention to detail, and be a team player.
