Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Hinton Pizza Inc. as a key member of our operations team.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff in food preparation and portioning, ensuring seamless execution of our menu offerings.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job responsibilities, sanitation, and safety protocols, promoting a culture of excellence and compliance.
- Quality Control: Ensure food quality and service adhere to our high standards, maintaining a consistent and exceptional customer experience.
- Customer Service: Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, optimizing inventory levels and minimizing waste.
- Logistics and Operations: Supervise the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys, ensuring timely and efficient service.
- Scheduling and Planning: Establish work schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels and optimal resource allocation.

Requirements- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the food service industry
