Food Service Team Lead

Hinton Pizza Inc. is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and manage a team of food service staff, ensuring they are trained and equipped to provide exceptional customer service.
- Train and Develop Staff: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to staff, focusing on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet our high standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth.
- Assembly and Delivery: Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys, ensuring timely and efficient service.
- Scheduling: Establish work schedules to meet business needs, ensuring adequate staffing levels at all times.
As a Food Service Supervisor, you will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring attention to detail and excellent communication skills. You will be part of a dynamic team that values client focus, teamwork, and a commitment to excellence.

Requirements:- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
