Job Description

At Shell Shop, we are seeking a highly skilled Retail Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with experience in managing staff and developing marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and Control Daily Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the sales team, ensuring that sales targets are met and customer satisfaction is high.
  • Evaluate Daily Operations: Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Plan and Organize Daily Operations: Develop and implement plans to achieve sales targets, including setting sales goals, allocating resources, and monitoring progress.
  • Manage Staff and Assign Duties: Supervise and train sales staff, assign duties, and provide feedback to ensure that sales targets are met.
  • Study Market Research and Trends: Stay up-to-date with market research and trends to determine consumer demand and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Determine Merchandise and Services: Decide which products and services to sell, based on market research and customer feedback.
  • Implement Price and Credits Policies: Develop and implement pricing and credits policies to ensure that sales targets are met and customer satisfaction is high.
  • Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Create and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Plan Budgets and Monitor Revenues and Expenses: Develop and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make adjustments as needed to ensure that sales targets are met.
  • Determine Staffing Requirements: Determine the number of staff required to meet sales targets and ensure that the sales team is adequately trained and equipped.
  • Resolve Issues: Resolve any issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in sales and marketing.
  • Language: English.
  • Working Hours: 40 hours per week.
