About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Sales Manager to join our team at Shell Shop. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing daily operations, and leading a team of sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Direct and control daily operations to ensure efficient sales processes
    • Manage staff and assign duties to optimize sales performance
    • Conduct performance reviews to identify areas for improvement
  • Sales and Marketing
    • Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and sales opportunities
    • Determine merchandise and services to be sold, and implement pricing and credit policies
    • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales growth
  • Operations and Planning
    • Plan and organize daily operations to ensure efficient use of resources
    • Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to optimize sales performance
    • Determine staffing requirements and recruit, hire, and supervise staff as needed
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in sales and operations management
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
