About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Sales Manager to join our team at Shell Shop. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing daily operations, and leading a team of sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Direct and control daily operations to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
    • Manage and motivate a team of sales staff to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
  • Market Research and Analysis
    • Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and competitor activity.
    • Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Merchandise and Services
    • Determine the merchandise and services to be sold, taking into account customer demand and market trends.
    • Implement price and credit policies to maximize sales and profitability.
  • Marketing and Promotion
    • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote sales and drive customer engagement.
    • Plan and execute in-store promotions and events to drive sales and customer loyalty.
  • Financial Management
    • Plan and manage budgets to ensure sales targets are met and profitability is maintained.
    • Monitor and analyze sales and expense data to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in retail sales or a related field.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
