About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at PepsiCo. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our customers, increasing sales volume, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase sales volume and market share.
  • Sell and execute national and local promotions to drive business growth.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to assigned accounts and create goodwill with all customers.
  • Effectively manage inventory levels to eliminate out-of-stocks and out-of-date product.
  • Utilize point-of-sale materials to stimulate sales and drive business growth.
  • Work closely with our delivery and merchandising departments to ensure effective service.
  • Execute sales plans through selling, merchandising, and building displays to stimulate sales in an assigned territory.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 1-2 years of selling experience, an asset.
  • Demonstrated analytical and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated computer proficiency with Microsoft.
  • Valid Driver's License and reliable vehicle.
  • Ability to perform physical aspects of the job involved in display building and merchandising our products.
  • Ability to work overnights to relieve out-of-town routes.
