Senior Event Coordinator

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Event Operations Manager to join our team at EightSix Network. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing complex events, ensuring seamless execution and exceeding customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audio-visual requirements
- Work closely with clients to understand their event objectives and preferences
- Develop and implement event plans, including timelines, budgets, and risk management strategies
- Manage event operations, including setup, execution, and teardown
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure a cohesive event experience
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in event operations or a related field
- Proven track record of successfully coordinating and executing complex events
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
