Job Title: Construction Helper

We are seeking a skilled Construction Helper to join our team at Sidhu Great Construction Group Ltd. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for assisting in various aspects of construction projects, including loading and unloading materials, erecting scaffolding, and mixing and pouring concrete.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the loading and unloading of construction materials
  • Erect and dismantle scaffolding, ramps, and other construction equipment
  • Mix and pour concrete, asphalt, and other materials
  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs
  • Level earth to fine grade specifications
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials
  • Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
  • Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction
Requirements:
  • Physical stamina to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lift heavy loads up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
  • Manual dexterity and ability to perform repetitive tasks
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Will to learn and train on the job
Work Environment:

Our construction sites are located in various locations, and you will be required to work outdoors in all weather conditions. You will be exposed to dust, heights, and other hazards associated with construction work.
