Job Description

The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Group Insurance Finance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for delivering timely and accurate financial reporting and analysis to support our business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain financial models and reports to support business decision-making
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support business strategy and planning
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting and analysis
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication of financial information

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in accounting or finance
  • Minimum of 5 years of finance experience, preferably in the insurance industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
