Job Title: Commercial Lines Account Executive
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Executive to join our team at Leibel Insurance Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for prospecting and closing new business in Ontario, as well as managing and growing our existing client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and acquire new business in Ontario
- Manage and grow existing client relationships
- Provide expert advice on Commercial Lines Insurance products
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client interactions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with coworkers and underwriters
- Provide accurate quotes and secure all lines of business
- Prepare documentation for insurers and complete applications for new clients
- Effective communication with insurance companies and negotiation with underwriters
- Notify clients of changes, including renewal reviews and policy updates
- Consistent and accurate input of client information and activity within BMS and CRM systems
Requirements:
- High degree of professionalism and integrity
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, reliable, and ability to prioritize
- RIBO license in good standing
- 3-5 years of Commercial Lines experience preferably in a brokerage
- Insurance designation, such as CAIB or CIP, or working towards, considered an asset
- Experience with Power Broker and Policy Works considered an asset
- Positive and respectful attitude with both clients and colleagues
