At Gurjeet Kaur, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to fill the role of Dedicated Family Support Specialist. This position requires a nanny with a strong background in childcare and household management.

About the Job

We are looking for an experienced nanny who can provide top-notch care for children in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing households, ensuring the safety and well-being of children, and maintaining a clean and organized living space.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assuming full responsibility for the household in the absence of parents, performing light housekeeping and cleaning duties, and traveling with the family on trips to assist with child supervision and housekeeping duties.

Responsibilities
  • Care for Children: Provide high-quality care for children, including assisting with daily activities, homework, and personal hygiene.
  • Household Management: Manage the household, including meal preparation, laundry, and cleaning.
  • Safety and Security: Ensure the safety and security of children at all times, including supervising them during outdoor play and indoors.
  • Travel Assistance: Travel with the family on trips and assist with child supervision and housekeeping duties.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with parents to ensure their needs are met and to report any issues or concerns.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience as a nanny or in a related field.
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and physical stamina to keep up with the demands of caring for children.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
  • Overtime: May be required to work overtime to meet the needs of the family.
  • Repetitive Tasks: May be required to perform repetitive tasks such as cleaning and laundry.
  • Attention to Detail: Must have attention to detail to ensure the safety and well-being of children.
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is estimated to be between $35,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, health insurance, and retirement savings plan.
