We are seeking a highly skilled Composite Materials Specialist to join our team at Maax Bath Inc. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating machines and equipment to cut, shape, and assemble composite materials.

About the Job

This is a permanent full-time position working 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

The estimated salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate machines or equipment to cut, shape, and splice plastic materials;
  • Assemble composite materials on patterns to form parts and assemblies;
  • Inspect manufactured products for defects and conformance to specifications and quality standards;
  • Make minor adjustments or repairs to products;
  • Prepare reports on products inspected.
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required;
  • Willingness to relocate for the position;
  • Availability for shift or on-call work;
  • Ability to work in a noisy, dusty, and hot environment.
